الحكومة: التطورات في الجنوب تتطلب وقفة جادة
أكد مندوب اليمن الدائم لدى الأمم المتحدة في نيويورك، عبدالله السعدي، أن التطورات الأخيرة التي شهدتها العاصمة المؤقتة عدن وبعض المحافظات الجنوبية من تمرد مسلح من قبل ما يسمى بالمجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي المدعوم من قبل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة يتطلب وقفة جادة و مراجعة شفافة من أجل تجاوز هذه المعضلة وتلافي آثارها .
وقال السعدي في كلمة اليمن أمام مجلس الأمن الدولي أن تلك التطورات إلى حرف مسار الهدف الأساسي تجاه إنهاء انقلاب الميليشيات الحوثية المدعومة من إيران, مشيرا إلى جهود الحكومة اليمنية لإيجاد حل سياسي شامل للأزمة مبني على المرجعيات الثلاث المتفق عليها وهي المبادرة الخليجية و آليتها التنفيذية و مخرجات مؤتمر الحوار الوطني و قرارات مجلس الأمن ذات الصلة.
تعيين وزراء للخارجية والمالية ومحافظ للبنك
أصدر الرئيس عبدربه منصور هادي قرارات جمهورية قضت بتعيين محمد الحضرمي وزيرا للخارجية وسالم صالح بن بريك وزيرا للمالية وأحمد عبيد الفضلي محافظا للبنك المركزي

وفاة 170 معتقلا جراء التعذيب
أكد التحالف اليمني لرصد انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان أن 170 معتقل توفوا بسبب التعذيب داخل سجون مليشيا الحوثي الانقلابية بينهم تسعة أطفال وامرأتين و6 مسنين.
وقال التحالف في ندوة على هامش الدورة الـ 42 لمجلس حقوق الإنسان المنعقدة بمدينة جنيف أنه رصد 455 حالة تعذيب ارتكبتها المليشيا الحوثية الانقلابية خلال الفترة من سبتمبر 2014 وحتى ديسمبر 2018, موضحاً بأن أغلب حالات التعذيب سُجلت في أمانة العاصمة بواقع 295 حالة، يأتي بعدها سجون محافظة صنعاء بواقع 86 حالة تليها محافظة أب بواقع 74 حالة.
استشهاد 18 مدنيا على يد المليشيات
بلغ عدد الشهداء من المدنيين خلال 19 يوما من شهر سبتمبر الجاري 18 مدنيا بينهم 7 أطفال و3 نساء و10 كبار السن سقطوا باستهداف مدفعي لميلشيا الحوثي على أحياء وتجمعات سكانية مدنية وطرقات وأسواق شعبية في كل من محافظات تعز والحديدة والبيضاء والضالع.
وأصيب جراء جرائم المليشيا خلال الفترة نفسها 9 مدنيين بينهم 3 أطفال 2 في الحديدة وتعز، جميع إصاباتهم خطرة، منها حالات بتر أعضاء أطفال.
المليشيا ترتكب 1.039 انتهاكا خلال أسبوع
كشف تقرير حقوقي أن مليشيا الحوثي المدعومة من إيران ارتكبت 1039 انتهاكاً بحق المدنيين في المحافظات التي تسيطر عليها خلال الفترة من 6 وحتى 13 من هذا الشهر.
وأوضح تقري الشبكة اليمنية لحقوق الإنسان بأن فريق الرصد والتوثيق في الشبكة سجل 43 حالة قتل بينهم 6نساء و12 طفلاً، مضيفا أن بعض حالات القتل حدثت نتيجة انفجار مخازن أسلحة تابعة للمليشيا وانفجارات ألغام زرعتها المليشيا في المناطق المأهولة بالسكان.
السعودية : ندعم اليمن دون تحيز
أكد المستشار بالديوان الملكي المشرف العام على مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية الدكتور عبدالله الربيعة حرص المملكة العربية السعودية على تقديم العمل الإنساني لليمن بشفافية مطلقة دون تحيز أو تمييز رغم كل ما يواجهه العمل الإنساني من تحديات.
وأشار خلال لقائه مسئولين أمريكيين إلى إجمالي المساعدات المقدمة من المملكة لليمن منذ 13 مايو 2015 حتى الآن يزيد عن 14,5 مليارات دولار أمريكي من خلال 368 مشروعا غطت جميع مناطق اليمن دون استثناء

Government: developments in south require transparent review
Yemen’s permanent representative to the United Nations in New York Abdullah Al-Saadai said the recent armed rebellion by the UAE-backed southern transitional council in the interim capital Aden and some southern provinces requires a serious position and transparent review to overcome the crisis and its impacts.
The latest developments in the south were a deviation from the main goal of the coalition which was to end the coup of the Iran-backed Houthi militia, he said in his speech to the United Nations Security Council, pointing to the government’s efforts to find a political solution based on the Gulf Initiative and its implementation mechanism, the outcomes of the national dialog conference and relative UN resolutions.
Foreign and finance ministers and CBY governor appointed
President Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi issued republican decrees appointing Mohammed Al-Hadhrami as foreign minister, SalehSaleh bin Breik as finance minister and Ahmed Ubaid Al-Fadhli as governor of the Central Bank of Yemen.

170 detainees die from torture inside Houthi prisons
170 detainees including 9 children, 2 women and 6 elderly men died from torture inside jails of the Houthi coup militia, the Yemeni coalition for monitoring human rights violations revealed.
On the sidelines of the 42nd session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, the coalition said it documented 455 cases of torture between 2014 and 2018, with 295 cases in the capital Sanaa, 86 cases in Sanaa province and 74 cases in Ibb province.
Militia kills 18 civilians
At least 19 civilians including 7 children, 3 women and 8 elderly men, were killed in artillery attacks by the Houthi militia on residential areas, roads and markets in the provinces of Taiz, Hodeidah, Baydaan and Dhale during the period from 1 September to 19 September.
9 civilians, including 3 children- 2 in Taiz and Hodeidah, sustained serious injuries including amputation of parts of children’s bodies.
Houthi militia commits 1.039 violations in week
The Iran-backed Houthi militia committed 1.039 violations against civilians in provinces under its control during the second week of this month, a human rights report revealed.
The report by the Yemeni network for human rights said the network documented 43 killings, including of 6 women and 12 children, adding that some killings occurred as a result of explosions of weapons depots and explosions of landmines laid in populated areas.
Saudi Arabia: we support Yemen without bias
Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, advisor to the Saudi Royal Court and general supervisor of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre, affirmed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia provides humanitarian aid to Yemen transparently and without bias despite challenges facing the humanitarian work in the country.
During meetings with US officials, he said the total Saudi aid to Yemen during the period from 13th May 2015 until now has reached $14.5 billion through 368 projects that have covered all Yemeni regions without exceptions.
