125 خرقا للمليشيات بالحديدة
ارتكبت مليشيات الحوثي المدعومة إيرانيا 125 خرقا خلال تثبيت نقاط مراقبة وقف إطلاق النار في مدينة الحديدة بينها استهداف نقطتي مراقبة في مدينة الصالح وجولة سيتي ماكس .
وأكد مصدر عسكري أن مليشيات الحوثي ارتكبت خلال الفترة من 19 إلى 25 أكتوبر 125 خرقا طالت الأحياء والمزارع والأسواق والمنازل والطرقات ، في مدينة الحديدة ومديريات الدريهمي وبيت الفقيه والتحيتا وحيس منها 100 خرق ارتكبتها المليشيات بالتزامن مع تثبيت نقاط مراقبة وقف إطلاق النار و 25 خرقا خلال اليومين التاليين لتثبيت نقاط المراقبة .

الحضرمي : الميليشيات الانقلابية تتلاعب بنصوص اتفاق ستوكهولم
جدد وزير الخارجية محمد الحضرمي التأكيد على أن الميليشيات الحوثية تتعمد التلاعب بنصوص اتفاق ستوكهولم الذي يقضي صراحة بالانسحاب من مدينة وموانئ الحديدة الثلاثة وتولي الأجهزة الأمنية مع السلطة المحلية لمهامها وفقاً للقانون اليمني، وتبادل الأسرى والمعتقلين، وفك الحصار الجائر عن مدينة تعز من قبل المليشيات”.
وذكر الحضرمي في كلمة اليمن في قمة مجموعة عدم الانحياز بموقف الحكومة الداعم للسلام ومشاركتها ومنذ العام 2015م، في جميع مشاورات السلام، برعاية الأمم المتحدة، مع الانقلابيين الحوثيين والتي كان آخرها مشاورات السويد والتوقيع على اتفاقية ستوكهولم في ديسمبر 2018،
وأوضح أن الحكومة عبرت عن التزامها بتطبيق الاتفاق، إلا انه وللأسف، لم تلتزم المليشيات بالاتفاق واستغلت الوقت واستمرت في حربها وعرقلتها لكل جهود السلام، متجاهلة بذلك جهود الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن وقراراته ذات الصلة”.
بن دغر مستشارا لرئيس الجمهورية
أصدر رئيس الجمهورية عبدربه منصور هادي قرارا قضى بتعيين الدكتور أحمد عبيد بن دغر مستشاراً لرئيس الجمهورية.
الإرياني : اتفاق الرياض يوحد مواجهة المليشيا
أكد وزير الإعلام معمر الارياني أن التوقيع بالحرف الأولى على اتفاق الرياض بين الشرعية والمجلس الانتقالي سيوحد الصفوف في معركة الخلاص من مليشيا الحوثي .
وفي حسابه على تويتر قال الارياني انه وبعد التوقيع بالأحرف الأولى على اتفاق الرياض سيتم التوقيع على الاتفاق بشكل رسمي خلال يومين ، والمنتظر من الجميع تناول الحدث بشكل إيجابي بعيدا عن المناكفات السياسية كخطوة محورية وهامة لتوحيد الصفوف وتوجيه كافة الجهود في معركة الخلاص من المليشيا الحوثية المدعومة من إيران.
وأضاف : الاتفاق بصيغته النهائية والذي يوحد جهود اليمنيين لمواجهة الانقلاب الحوثي في إطار الشرعية الدستورية يحفظ الثوابت الوطنية ويلتزم بالمرجعيات الثلاث ويعزز من تواجد مؤسسات الدولة في المحافظات المحررة

المليشيا تواصل نهب الدعم الغذائي
قال وزير الإعلام معمر مطهر الإرياني أن مليشيا الحوثي المدعومة إيرانياً مستمرة في سرقة حصص التموين الغذائي المخصصة من برنامج الغذاء العالمي لموظفي عدد من المصالح الحكومية بينها مؤسسة الثورة للصحافة والطباعة والنشر.
وطالب الارياني برنامج الغذاء العالمي بإعادة النظر في عمله في مناطق سيطرة المليشيا الحوثية وتقييم أداء المنظمات الوسيطة التي تخضع في الغالب لسيطرة المليشيا، مشددا على ضرورة مراجعة الأداء والعمل على ضمان وصول المساعدات الإنسانية لمستحقيها ممن نهبت المليشيا مرتباتهم وفقدوا أعمالهم ومصادر دخلهم جراء الحرب التي فجرها الانقلاب.
٦ ملايين طفل تضرروا من الانقلاب
قالت وزيرة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل الدكتورة إبتهاج الكمال أن أكثر من ٦ ملايين طفل تضرروا بشكل مباشر نتيجة الحرب التي شنته االمليشيات الحوثية منذ انقلابها على الحكومة الشرعية.
وفي بيان صحفي بمناسبة الذكرى الـ 30 لتوقيع اتفاقية حقوق الطفل قالت للكمال أن المليشيا حولت أكثر من ٢ .٥ مليون طفل من مقاعد الدراسة إلى سوق العمل وتسببت بوجود أكثر من ٢ مليون طفل يعاني من سوء التغذية.
المليشيا ترتكب ٥١٤ انتهاكا
قالت الشبكة اليمنية للحقوق والحريات في تقرير حقوقي لها أنها وثقت ٥١٤ انتهاكا ارتكبتها مليشيا الحوثي الانقلابية خلال عشرة أيام في أكتوبر الجاري في عدة محافظات تقع تحت سيطرتها، أو المحافظات والمدن التي لا زالت تتعرض لهجمات من قبل عناصرها.
تضمنت الانتهاكات 51 حالة قتل من بينهم 14 طفلاً، و6 نساء كما تسببت المليشيا بمقتل أسرة كاملة مكونة من 5 أفراد هم الأب والأم وثلاثة أطفال في منطقة حزيز بمحافظة صنعاء أثناء ملاحقة سيارتهم.
كما رصدت الشبكة 34 إصابة بينهم 7 أطفال و5 نساء.
استشهاد طفلة برصاصة قناص حوثي
استشهدت الطفلة لؤلؤة ماجد التي لم يتجاوز عمرها أربعة سنوات برصاص قناصة مليشيا الحوثي بمنطقة تبيشعة التابعة لمديرية جبل حبشي غرب محافظة تعز.
وأوضحت مصادر محلية أن الطفلة تعرضت للقنص من قبل عناصر المليشيا المتمركزة في الجبال المتاخمة لقرية تبيشعة أثناء لعبها مع الأطفال بجوار منزلهما.

Militia breaches ceasefire 125 times in Hodeidah
The Iran-backed Houthi militia committed 125 breaches of the ceasefire during the deployment of checkpoints to oversee the implementation of the ceasefire in the city of Hodeidah. The breaches included attacks on two checkpoints in the city of Al-Saleh and the City Max Roundabouts.
During the period from 19 October to 25 October, the militia committed 125 breaches of the ceasefire against civilian objects including farms, roads, homes and residential areas in the city of Hodeidah and the districts of Al-Durayhimi, Al-Tuhayta, Hays and Bayt Al-Fakih, a military source said, pointing out that 100 breaches coincided with the deployment of ceasefire monitoring checkpoints and 25 breaches in next days.

Al-Hadhrami: coup militia manipulating terms of Stockholm Agreement
Foreign minister Mohammed Al-Hadhrami said the Houthi militia is deliberately manipulating the text of the Stockholm Agreement which calls clearly for withdrawing from the city and three ports of Hodeidah, security forces and local government to do their job in accordance with the Yemeni law, exchange of prisoners and lifting blockade on Taiz city.
In Yemen’s speech to the summit of the Non-Aligned Movement, he highlighted the government’s support to the peace process and participation in all rounds of peace talks with the putschists since 2015, including the 2018 talks in Sweden.
The government has always demonstrated its commit to implementing the agreement, but regrettably the militia has not complied with it and continued its war undermining all peace efforts and ignoring the UN and the UN Security Council efforts and resolutions, he added.

President Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi issued a decree appointing Dr. Ahmed Ubaid bin Dhagher an advisor to him.
Al-Eryani: Riyadh agreement unites anti-militia efforts
Information minister Muammar Al-Eryani said the signing in initials the Riyadh Agreement between the legitimate government and the southern transitional council will unite the lines of the battles against the Houthi militia.
He tweeted: “After signing in initials the Riyadh Agreement, the agreement will signed officially in two days. It is expected that all deal with it positively and away from political disputes as a pivotal step to direct all efforts towards the salvation battles against the Iran-backed Houthi militia”.
“The agreement unites the efforts of all the Yemenis against the Houthi coup within the constitutional legitimacy, protects the national constants, calls for adherence to the three references and strengthens the presence of the government institutions in liberated regions,” he added.

Militia continues to steal food aid
Information minister Muammar Al-Eryani said the Iran-backed Houthi militia is stealing food aid provided by the World Food Programme to employees of a number of state institutions including the Al-Thawracorporation for printing and publication.
He called on the WFP to reconsider its operations in areas controlled by the militia and evaluate the performance of intermediary aid agencies most of which are controlled by the militia, and urged for guarantees aid will go to the right beneficiaries of those who have lost their jobs and sources of income because of the coup-triggered war.
6 million children affected by coup
Minister of labour and social affairs Ibtihaj Al-Kamal revealed that more than 6 million children have been directly affected by the war that the Houthi militia launched after its coup against the legitimate government.
The militia has forced 5.2 million children to leave school and go to labour market and caused more than 2 million others to suffer from malnutrition, she said in a statement on the 30th anniversary of signing the UN convention on the rights of the child.
Militia commits 514 violations
The Yemeni network for rights and freedoms said in a report the Houthi coup militia committed 514 violations against civilians in provinces controlled by the militia or provinces under attacks by the militia in 10 days this month.
It said it documented 51 killings, including of 14 children and 6 women, adding that the militia also killed a family of 5 members in the area of Hizyaz in Sana’a after chasing their car.
34 civilians were injured in attacks by the militia including 7 children and 5 women, it added.
4-year old girl killed by Houthi sniper
4-year Lolo’ah Majid was killed by a Houthi sniper who was stationed in the area of Tubaishiah in the district of Jabal Habashi west of Taiz province.
She was sniped while playing with kids at her home, local sources said.
