الحكومة : تنفيذ اتفاق ستوكهولم بوابة عبور لأي محادثات
أكدت الحكومة اليمنية أن التنفيذ الكامل لاتفاق ستوكهولم، يعتبر مفتاح الحل ونقطة العبور لأي مشاورات قادمة.. مشددة على أن آلية الرقابة الثلاثية واتفاق السلطة المحلية وقوات الأمن المحلية والإيرادات المالية، هي حجر الزاوية لأي تقدم في تنفيذ اتفاق الحديدة.
وخلال لقاءه عدد من السفراء المعتمدين لدى بلدنا شدد الدكتور معين عبد الملك رئيس الحكومة على ضرورة عدم خروج تنفيذ اتفاق ستوكهولم ورؤية التسوية الشاملة للحل السياسي في اليمن على المرجعيات الثلاث المتوافق عليها محلياً والمؤيدة دولياً والمتمثلة في المبادرة الخليجية وآليتها التنفيذية المزمنة ومخرجات مؤتمر الحوار الوطني وقرارات مجلس الأمن الدولي ذات الصلة وفي مقدمتها القرار 2216.
الاتفاق على الجانب الفني للمرحلة الأولى من إعادة الانتشار
قال رئيس الفريق الحكومي في لجنة إعادة تنسيق الانتشار اللواء الركن صغير بن عزي أن اللجنة اختتمت اجتماعها برئاسة رئيس اللجنة مايكل لوليسجارد بالاتفاق على الجانب الفني للمرحلة الأولى لإعادة الانتشار وفق اتفاقية ستوكهولم.
وأوضح بن عزيز أن الاجتماع الذي عقد على متن سفينة أممية في عرض البحر قبالة مدينة الحديدة شهد الاتفاق على مفهومي العمليات للمرحلتين الأولى والثانية، وآلية تخفيف التصعيد ووقف إطلاق النار.
الصندوق الدولي يشيد بإجراءات الحكومة
أشاد صندوق النقد الدولي بالتقدم الذي أحرزته الحكومة اليمنية على صعيد إعادة بناء الكادر الفني وتحسين عمليات جمع وتحليل البيانات، على نحو مكّنها من إعداد موازنة 2019، في إنجاز هو الأول من نوعه منذ خمس سنوات.
وأثنى الصندوق على جهود الحكومة المتعلقة بدفع رواتب عدد كبير من العاملين وجميع المتقاعدين في مناطق سيطرة مليشيات الحوثي، وشجعها على المضي في هذه الخطوات وصولاً لدفع رواتب جميع منتسبي الخدمة المدنية، مؤكداً الحاجة لتوفير تمويل إضافي من المانحين للحفاظ على الاستقرار الاقتصادي.

المليشيا تعدم طفلا بحجة انتمائه لداعش
أقدمت مليشيا الحوثي الانقلابية على إعدام طفل شرق مدينة تعز بحجة انتمائه لمنظمة داعش، وبحسب مصادر محلية, اعترضت عناصر من المليشيا سيارة تقل مواطنين بينهم نساء وأطفال عند نقطة تابعة لها في منطقة الحوبان وأجبروا الركاب على النزول ثم قاموا بإطلاق النار على الطفل فؤاد المجيدي مما أدى إلى وفاته على الفور.
استهداف مركز طبي بصواريخ كاتيوشا
قصفت مليشيا الحوثي المدعومة من إيران مركزا طبيا خاصا بالأطفال وسط محافظة مأرب بصواريخ كاتيوشا.
وذكرت مصادر طبية أن القصف تسبب بتضرر المركز الصحي وعدد من المباني والمحلات التجارية في المنطقة, كما خلق حالة رعب أوساط المرضى, في الوقت الذي تواصل المليشيا استهداف المناطق السكنية والمؤسسات العامة في المحافظة.
…وتواصل قصف المناطق السكنية في الحديدة
استشهد مواطن في مديرية حيس التابعة لمحافظة الحديدة بعدما استهدفت مليشيا الحوثي الانقلابية مناطق سكنية بصواريخ وأسلحة ثقيلة.
وفي مديرية التحيتا, قصفت المليشيا مناطق سكنية مما أدى إلى تدمير عدد من المنازل بشكل كلي وجزئي.
تمديد عقد عمل برنامج مسام
مدد مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية عقد تنفيذ مشروعه مسام لنزع الألغام التي زرعتها ميليشيا الحوثية الانقلابية في عدد من المحافظات اليمنية بمبلغ 30 مليون و495 ألف دولار لمدة سنة.وقال المستشار بالديوان الملكي المشرف العام على المركز الدكتور عبدالله الربيعة قوله أن تجديد عقد المشروع مع الشريك المنفذ يأتي ضمن أهمية استكمال تطهير الأراضي اليمنية من الألغام التي قامت الميليشيات الحوثية بصناعتها وزراعتها بطريقة عشوائية غير مسبوقة وبأشكال وتمويهات مختلفة في أماكن تستهدف المدنيين العُزل.

Government: implementing Stockholm Agreement is the key to any future talks
The Yemeni government affirmed that the full implementation of the Stockholm Agreement is the key to any future talks, stressing that the trilateral monitoring mechanism, and agreement on local authority, security forces and revenue collection are the cornerstone for progress towards implementing the Hodeida deal.
At a meeting with a number of foreign ambassadors to Yemen, prime minister Moeen Abdulmalik stressed the implementation of the Stockholm Agreement and comprehensive solution vision be in accordance with the locally agreed and internationally supported references of the Gulf Initiative and its implementation mechanism, the outcomes of the national dialog conference and the Security Council’s resolutions, on top of which is the resolution No 2216.
Technical part of first phase of redeployment agreed
Head of the government delegate in the Redeployment Coordination Committee, Brigadier Sagheer bin Ezzi, said an agreement on the technical part of the first phase of redeployment in accordance with the Stockholm Agreement during a meeting chaired by the committee’s chief General Michael Lollesgaard.
During the meeting which was held onboard a ship off Hodeidah, the two sides agreed on the concepts of operations of the first and second phases, a mechanism of de-escalation and ceasefire, he said.
IMF praises government measures
The International Monetary Fund praised progress the government has made towards rebuilding the capacities of the technical cadre and improving data collection and analysis processes in a way that enabled it to prepare the 2019 state budget as the first achievement in five years.
Moreover, it praised the government’s efforts to pay salaries of a large portion of employees and retirees in territories controlled by the Houthi militia, encouraging the government to go ahead with such steps until it pays all public servants and stressing the need for more support from donors to stabilise the Yemeni economy.

Militia executes child on accusation of being ISIS member
The Houthi coup militia executed a child in east of Taiz city on accusation he was a member of ISIS.
Local sources said members of the militia at a checkpoint in the district of Al-Houban intercepted a car carrying citizens, including children and women, forced all travellers to step out of the car and then shot dead the child, adding that the child died immediately.
Militia attacks medical centre with katyusha
The Iran-backed Houthi militia fired katyusha rockets at a mother and child medical centre in downtown Marib city.
The attack caused damage to the centre and adjacent houses and shops, and terrorised patients as the militia continued to target residential areas and public institutions in the province.
Militia continues to target residential areas in Hodeida
A citizen died after the Houthi coup militia attacked residential areas with rockets and heavy weapons in the district of Hays in Hodeida province.
In the district of Al-Tuhayta, the militia shelled residential areas, damaging houses completely and partially.
Contract of Masam project extended
The King Salman humanitarian aid and relief centre has extended the contract for implementing the Masam Landmine Clearance Project in Yemen with $30.5 million for one year.
Advisor to the Royal Court and the Centre’s Supervisor General Abdullah Al-Rabeeah said in a statement the renewal of the contract with the implementing partner comes within the humanitarian responsibility tto continue clearing mines that the Houthi militia manufactured and planted randomly and in various forms and camouflage in places targeting unarmed civilians.
