وزير الإعلام ينفي لقاء مسئولين بالحوثيين
نفي وزير الإعلام معمر الارياني صحة ما نشرته بعض وسائل الإعلام عن عقد لقاء بين قيادات في الحكومة ومليشيا الحوثي في العاصمة العمانية مسقط.
وذكر أن اللقاءات التي تتم بين الحكومة ومليشيا الحوثي معلنة ومحصورة في جولات المشاورات التي ترعاها الأمم المتحدة وكان آخرها مشاورات السويد.
مطالبة مجلس الأمن إلزام المليشيا تنفيذ اتفاق السويد
طالب وزير الخارجية محمد الحضرمي مجلس الأمن بإلزام مليشيا الحوثي الانقلابية بتنفيذ اتفاق السويد وكل ما تعهدت به أمام العالم لإنهاء الصراع في اليمن.
وأكد الحضرمي في حديثه ل 74 للجمعية العمومية للأمم المتحدة أن الحكومة ليست من دعاة الحرب ولا من رعاة الفوضى, مشيرا إلى جهود الحكومة في استعادة التنمية وتحسين الأوضاع الاقتصادية.
إيران تعترف بدعمها لمليشيا الحوثي
أكد وزير الإعلام معمر الإرياني أن تصريحات رئيس هيئة الأركان الإيراني محمد باقري لقناة صينية عن تقديم الاستشارات العسكرية والمعلومات الإستخباراتية وما يقدمه الحرس الثوري لدعم المليشيا الحوثية تحت ما أسماه (محور المقاومة)هو إقرار صريح واعتراف رسمي يصدر لأول مرة عن الدعم العسكري الذي تقدمه طهران لمليشيا الحوثي .
الإرياني أوضح أن الدعم الإيراني للمليشيا الحوثية لا يقتصر على الاستشارات العسكرية والاستخباراتية , بل أن النظام الإيراني يتحكم بالقرار السياسي والعسكري ويدير المليشيا لتنفيذ أجندته ويزودها بالصواريخ الباليستية والطائرات المسيرة والأسلحة والخبراء في الصناعات العسكرية و الألغام والعبوات الناسفة .

دعوة الأمم المتحدة للضغط على المليشيا لإدخال المساعدات للدريهمي
دعا وزير الإدارة المحلية رئيس اللجنة العليا للاغاثة عبدالرقيب فتح منسقة الشؤون الإنسانية في اليمن ليزا غراندي التدخل العاجل والضغط المباشر على مليشيا الحوثي لإدخال المساعدات الاغاثية للسكان المحاصرين مدينة الدريهمي بمحافظة الحديدة، دون قيد أو شرط أو تأخير.
فتح طالب بعثة الأمم المتحدة لمراقبة إعادة الانتشار في الحديدة لممارسة دورها في إلزام المليشيات بالسماح لإدخال المساعدات بصورة عاجلة وتسجيل هذه الانتهاكات ومخاطبة المجتمع الدولي بكافة هذه التصرفات التي تمارسها المليشيات الانقلابية.
المليشيا تطرد ممثل المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان
دان وزير الإعلام معمر الإرياني بشدة إقدام مليشيا الحوثي المدعومة من إيران على طرد ممثل المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان العبيد احمد العبيد المسئول عن ملف حقوق الإنسان في اليمن وسحب
تصريح سفره وإجبار طائرته على الإقلاع عقب دقائق من هبوطها بمطار صنعاء الدولي.
وطالب الارياني الأمم المتحدة والمفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان بإعلان الحقائق للعالم والرأي العام الدولي حول هذا التصرف الأرعن، وعدم التغطية على جرائم المليشيا الحوثية وعدم الرضوخ لممارساتها القمعية التي لم يسلم منها حتى مسئولي الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية لحقوق الانسان.
الميليشيات ترتكب 266 انتهاكا
رصدت الشبكة اليمنية للحقوق والحريات بالتعاون مع 13 منظمة دولية 266 انتهاكاً بحق المدنيين ارتكبتها مليشيا الحوثي خلال الأسبوع الأخير من سبتمبر الماضي
وتنوعت تلك الانتهاكات بين القتل والإعدامات الميدانية والخطف والقصف العشوائي على الأحياء الآهلة بالسكان والتهجير القسري وزراعة الألغام وتحويل مؤسسات تعليمية إلى ثكنات عسكرية.
وقالت الشبكة في تقريرها الأسبوع عن الحالة الحقوقية في اليمن أن فريق الرصد والتوثيق الميداني وثّق 22 حالة قتل بينهم امرأة و 3 أطفال و 12 حالة إصابة بينها 3 نتيجة القص العشوائي وإطلاق النار بشكل مباشر واستهداف أعيان مدنية ومركبات.
12 مليون دولار دعم كويتي لمفوضية اللاجئين
سلمت الكويت تبرعا ماليا بقيمة 12 مليون دولار لمفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لشؤون اللاجئين في مساهمة منها في دعم برامجها الإنسانية في اليمن.
وقال مدير مكتب مفوض الأمم المتحدة السامي لشؤون اللاجئين سلفادور لومباردو عقب لقاء مندوب الكويت الدائم لدى الأمم المتحدة بجنيف السفير جمال الغنيم لتسلم التبرع إن المخصصات الكويتية ستوجه للتعامل مع أزمات النازحين داخليا .

Information minister denies reports on meetings with Houthis
Information minister Muammar Al-Eryani denied reports by media outlets about meetings between officials from the legitimate government and the Iran-backed Houthi militia in the Omani capital of Muscat.
Meetings between the government and the militia have always been made public and restricted to UN-sponsored rounds of talks, the last of which were the consultations in Sweden.
Gov’t calls on UNSC to commit militia to implementing Stockholm Agreement
Foreign minister Mohammed Al-Hadhrami called on the United Nations Security Council to commit the Houthi coup militia to implementing the Stockholm Agreement and all pledges it has made in order to end the conflict.
In his speech to the 74thsession of the UN General Assembly, he said the government is neither warmongers nor chaos sponsors, pointing to efforts the government has been exerting to improve the economic situation.
Iran admits to supporting Houthi militia
Information minister Muammar Al-Eryani said the recent statements of chief of staff of the Iranian army Mohammad Bagheri to a Chinese TV about Iranian intelligence and consultancy support to the Houthi militia, within the axis of resistance, were a clear and official admission of Iranian military support to the terrorist Houthi militia.
“The Iranian support to the Houthis is not restricted to military and intelligence support. Iran is controlling the political and military decision of the Houthi militia in order to implement its agenda, and is providing the militia with ballistic missiles, drones, weapons and experts of military and explosives,” he said.

Fatah calls on UN to pressure militia to allow aid into Al-Durayhimi
Minister of local administration and chairman of the high relief committee Abdulraqib Fatah called on the UN humanitarian coordinator for Yemen Lise Grande to intervene immediately and pressure the Houthi coup militia to allow aid for the besieged people in the district of Al-Durayhimi in Hodeidah province without conditions or delay.
He urged the UN team, formed under the Stockholm Agreement to supervise redeployment, to shoulder its responsibility of committing the militia to allow aid into the district and to document and address the international community about the militia’s violations.
Houthi militia expels representative of UN commissioner for human rights
Information minister Muammar Al-Eryani condemned in the strongest terms preventing the representative of the UN commissioner for human rights Ahmed Al-Obaid from entering Sana’a.
The Iran-backed Houthi militia withdrew Al-Obaid’s travel license and forced his plane to fly back minutes after it landed in Sana’a international airport, he said, calling on the UN to expose practices of the militia to international opinion and to avoid covering up crimes of the militia or bowing its repressive practices that have targeted even UN officials and international human rights organisations.
Houthi militia commits 266 violations against civilians
The Yemeni network for rights and freedoms in collaboration with 13 international organisations documented 266 violations against civilians that were committed by the Houthi coup militia during the period from 20 September to 27 September. The violations included killings, field executions, abductions, indiscriminate shelling of residential areas, forced displacement, planting mines and using educational facilities for military purposes, it said in its weekly report.
Our field teams documented 22 killing cases, including of 3 children and one woman, and the injuring of 12 others, including 3 injured in indiscriminate shelling, direct gunfire and targeting civilian objects and vehicles, it elaborated.
$12 million in Kuwaiti support to Yemen
Kuwait donated $12 million in support of the humanitarian programs of the UNHCR in in Yemen.
Chief of Staff at Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Salvatore Lombardo, said at a meeting with Kuwait’s permanent delegate to the UN Jamal al- Ghunaimthe donation will be allocated to address the issues of the internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Yemen.
