الحكومة ترحب ببيان السعودية الداعم للشرعية
رحبت الحكومة اليمنية بموقف المملكة العربية السعودية الرافض بشكل تام للتصعيد الأخير في بعض المحافظات الجنوبية وتأكيدها الكامل على ضرورة استعادة كافة مؤسسات ومعسكرات الدولة وحرصها الكامل على استقرار اليمن باعتبار أن تهديد استقرار اليمن يعتبر تهديدا لأمن واستقرار المملكة والمنطقة.
وكانت السعودية قد أكدت في بيان موقفها الثابت من عدم وجود أي بديل عن الحكومة الشرعية في اليمن وعدم قبولها بأي محاولات لإيجاد واقع جديد في باستخدام القوة أو التهديد بها.
وأكدت أيضا استمرار دعمها للشرعية اليمنية بقيادة الرئيس عبد ربه منصور هادي وحكومته وجهودها الرامية للمحافظة على مقومات الدولة اليمنية ومصالح شعبها وأمنه واستقراره ووحدة وسلامة أراضيه، والتصدي لانقلاب الميليشيا الحوثية الإرهابية ومكافحة التنظيمات الإرهابية الأخرى.
الثوابت وسلامة ووحدة الأراضي ليست محل نقاش
أكد الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة راجح بادي أن وجود قيادات الدولة في مدينة جدة السعودية يأتي في سياق توجيهات فخامة الرئيس عبد ربه منصور هادي وضمن التواصل المستمر مع قيادة المملكة العربية السعودية للوقوف على أحداث التمرد الأخيرة التي شهدتها العاصمة المؤقتة عدن وبعض المحافظات الجنوبية والتي وصلت ذروتها بقصف الطيران الإماراتي لمواقع الجيش الوطني في عدن وأبين.
وجدد بادي التأكيد على موقف الحكومة المعلن منذ اليوم الأول بالترحيب بدعوة الحوار التي وجهتها وزارة خارجية المملكة العربية السعودية، توضح عدم وجود أي شكل من أشكال الحوار حتى الآن مع ما يسمى المجلس الانتقالي”. لكنه شدد على أن الثوابت الوطنية وسلامة ووحدة الأراضي اليمنية ليست محل مساومات أو نقاش.
الأحزاب تؤكد تأييدها لمواقف القيادة السياسية
جددت الأحزاب والقوى السياسية تأييدها التام لمواقف القيادة السياسية ممثلة بالرئيس عبدربه منصور هادي والبيان الرئاسي الصادر عنه وما صدر عن الحكومة الشرعية من بيانات وإجراءات تجاه الأحداث التي شهدتها العاصمة المؤقتة عدن وبعض المحافظات الجنوبية مؤخرا بعد قيام المجلس الانتقالي المدعوم من دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بالتمرد على شرعية الدولة اليمنية.
وأوضحت في بيان لها أن قيام الطيران الإماراتي بقصف وحدات تابعة لوزارة الدفاع اليمنية كان بمثابة انحراف عن أهداف التحالف العربي الداعم للشرعية المتمثلة في استعادة الدولة وإسقاط الانقلاب الحوثي ومواجهة المشروع الإيراني الداعم له.

عسكر يدعو إلى خطوات دولية رادعة ضد جرائم المليشيا
استعرض وزير حقوق الإنسان خلال لقائه مع نائب البعثة الأمريكية لليمن منير جنيد جرائم مليشيا الحوثي الانقلابية المخالفة للقانون الدولي ومنها جرائم تجنيد الأطفال واستمرار قصف المدن والأحياء السكنية بمختلف الثقيلة والمتوسطة.
وأكد أن كافة الجرائم والانتهاكات التي تقوم بها مليشيات الحوثي ضد اليمنيين لن تسقط بالتقادم، لافتاً إلى أن الحكومة اليمنية تقوم برصد كافة الانتهاكات وستقوم بتقديم ملفات متكاملة للمحاكم الدولية بالجرائم التي تقوم بها هذه المليشيات.
المليشيا ترتكب 636 انتهاكا خلال أسبوع
كشفت الشبكة اليمنية للحقوق والحريات أن مليشيا الحوثي الانقلابية المدعومة إيرانياً ارتكبت 636 انتهاكاً في 7 محافظات خلال الفترة من 25 أغسطس وحتى 2 سبتمبر 2019م.
وأوضحت في تقريرها الأسبوعي بأن فريقها الميداني رصد مقتل 34 مدنياً وإصابة 36 آخرين بينهم نساء وأطفال في محافظات الحديدة وإب وحجة والبيضاء والضالع وعمران وتعز .
وأشارت الشبكة إلى أنها وثقت 12 حالة اختطاف وإخفاء قسري طالت المدنيين في محافظات ذمار وإب وصنعاء والحديدة، واستمرار المليشيات الحوثية في بيع المساعدات الاغاثية في الأسواق السوداء وحرمان المستحقين منها،و إجبار 50 أسرة في محافظة عمران على تجنيد أولادهم مقابل اعتماد لهم سلال غذائية.
الأورومتوسطي يعبر عن قلقه من جرائم مليشيا الانتقالي
عبر المرصد الأورومتوسطي لحقوق الإنسان عن صدمته إزاء عمليات القتل والإعدامات خارج القانون التي تنفذها القوات التابعة للمجلس الانتقالي المدعومة إماراتيا خلال سيطرتها على محافظتي عدن وأبين جنوبي اليمن، مشيرا إلى أن تلك الجرائم قد ترتقي إلى جرائم حرب.
وأوضح المرصد أن المعلومات التي جمعها تشير إلى أن عدد المعتقلين خلال يوم واحد فقط (الجمعة 30 أغسطس) وصل إلى 400 شخص. وقال أن قوات الحزام الأمني المدعومة إماراتياً تستهدف في حملات الاعتقال والدهم، العسكريين والمدنيين المنتمين إلى المحافظات الشمالية كافة في أحياء عدن، إلى جانب العشرات من المنتمين إلى محافظتي شبوة وأبين.
استشهاد أربعة في انفجار لغم
استشهد رجل وزوجته وطفلتان بانفجار لغم زرعته ميلشيا الحوثي المتمردة المدعومة من إيران في مديرية الدريهمي التابعة لمحافظة الحديدة.
من ناحية أخرى, جددت المليشيا قصف مجمع إخوان ثابت التجاري شرق المحافظة مما تسبب باندلاع حرائق كبيرة في محطة التحلية ومصنع المواد الكرتونية.

Government welcomes Saudi statement support legitimacy, stability in Yemen
The legitimate government welcomed Saudi Arabia’s firm stance rejecting recent escalation in southern provinces and affirming Saudi support to restoration of all state institutions and military camps and Yemen’s stability on the basis that any threat to Yemen’s stability is considered a threat to security of Saudi Arabia and the region.
Saudi Arabia said in a statement there is no alternative to the legitimate government in Yemen and any attempts to impose a new reality by force will not be accepted.
It affirmed its support to the legitimate government under leadership of president Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi and his government and the government’s efforts aimed at preserving components, unity and integrity of the land of Yemen, interest of the people, and facing the coup of the terrorist Houthi militia and other terrorist groups.
Badi: national constants, integrity and unity of Yemen not subject to discussion
Spokesperson for the government Rajeh Badi said state leaders are present in Jeddah under instructions from president Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi and within continued communication with Saudi Arabia to address events of the recent rebellion in the interim capital Aden and some southern provinces which escalated by UAE strikes against positions of the national army in Aden and Abyan.
“Reiterating its stance declared from the first day of welcoming the call for dialogue by Saudi foreign ministry, the government clarifies that there is no any form of dialogue with the so-called southern transitional council until now,” he said in a statement.
The government reiterates that national constants and integrity and unity of the Yemeni land are not subject to discussion, he added.
Parties support stances of political leadership
The political parties confirmed their full support to stances of the political leadership represented by president Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi and the presidential and government announcements and measures after armed rebellion by the UAE-backed southern transitional council against the legitimate government in the interim capital Aden and some southern provinces.
They clarified in a statement that UAE airstrikes against forces within the Yemeni defence ministry was a divergence from the objectives of the Arab coalition aimed at restoring the state, ending the Houthi coup and facing the Iranian pro-Houthi project.

Militia commits 636 human rights violations in week
The Yemeni network for human rights and freedoms revealed that the Iran-backed Houthi coup militia committed 636 human rights violations in seven provinces during the period from 25 August to 2 September.
Field monitors documented the deaths of 34 civilians and the wounding of 36 others including children and women in the provinces of Hodeidah, Ibb, Hajjah, Bayda, Dhale, Amran and Taiz, it said in its weekly report.
In addition, field monitors documented 12 abductions and forced disappearances of civilians in Dhamar, Ibb, Sana’a and Hodeidah, it said, adding that the militia continued to sell relief aid at black markets depriving hungry people of aid, and forced 50 families in Amran to recruit their children in return for food parcels.
Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor shocked by STC militias’ crimes
The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor expressed its shock at killings and field executions by the UAE-backed militias of the southern transitional council during clashes over the control of the governorates of Aden and Abyan, saying such crimes amount to war crimes.
Information gathered indicates that the number of arrests in one day, Friday 30 August, reached 400 people, it said, adding that arrests and house raids have targeted northern pro-government military members and civilians and dozens from Shabwa and Abyan.
Four killed in explosion of Houthi-laid landmine
A man and his wife along with two children were killed after a landmine which had been laid by the Iran-backed Houthi militia exploded in the district of Al-Durayhimi in Hodeidah province.
Separately, the militia renewed its shelling on the Ikhwan Thabit industrial and commercial complex in east o the province, causing fire at the desalination station and a factory of cardboard products.
Askar: Houthi crimes not subject to statute of limitations
Human rights minister Mohammed Askar reviewed at a meeting with deputy chief of the US diplomatic mission to Yemen Munir Junaid crimes of the Houthi coup militia that violate international law including child recruitment and indiscriminate shelling with medium and heavy weapons on residential areas.
The militia’s crimes against the Yemeni people are not subject to statute of limitations, he said, pointing out the government is documenting all violations and will present documents about crimes to international courts.
